Please note:

Only 1 adult may visit at a time

Please ensure you are fit enough to climb stairs to access garden

Wear appropriate shoes for access

Please arrive 5 minutes before your visit is due to start

When you arrive, can you please phone reception & someone will come to meet you.

Until someone comes to meet you, we ask for you not to leave your car.

You will then be lead to the "disinfectant Mat", where you will be sprayed down with Lotus Pro (harmless spray that kills any bacteria in under 5 seconds, including COVID-19)

From here, you will have your temperature taken & asked to fill in the track & trace form & sign.

From here, you will be asked not to touch anything, including gates & you will be lead into the area where the visit will take place.

If you have any of the following symptoms, on arrival please let the member of staff know:

1) high temperature

2) new or persistent cough

3) fatigue

4) loss/change of taste & smell

Book a 45 minute call where one of our staff will help supervise the call. We currently support Skype and Facetime video calling.

Please note although this booking is for one hour, the first 30 minutes will be to conduct a lateral flow test. This visit will be for one designated family member and if the weather allows can be moved to the garden at the discretion of the reception team and in line with resident wishes on the day.

Book the Bistro. The menu is as follows:

10:30 - 12:00 Tea and Cake

1pm - 2:20pm Lunch

3pm - 4:30 Afternoon Tea

The booking is for 3 plus resident total 4 [people per booking due to covid rules
